§ Project Manager for the application readiness project of the Desktop Product Refresh program.  The Desktop Product Refresh program is the migration of all corporate desktop, laptop and workstations to Windows 7 and Microsoft Office 2010.

§ The project involves the migration of approximately 65,000 users and 6,000 applications.

§ Managed the testing, remediation, and packaging for deployment of the approximate 6,000 corporate applications to ensure compatibility on the Windows 7 platform.

§ Worked with lines of business management to coordinate the migration of users to the new platform.
